We take all necessary measures to ensure a quality service, however in the rare case that:

・the received item is different from the order
Please contact customer support within 7 days.
Only in these cases can we provide an exchange service, at no extra cost.
Refunds will be issued by the same method as the original payment.
For credit card payments, refunds will be made within one week.

We proceed with the refund process after confirmation of the items being returned.
In the case of payment via credit card, we will claim a stop of payment processing. Please follow up with your credit card issuer to enquire about their refund policy.
In the case of payment via PayPal, we will claim a stop of payment processing. The payment will be refunded to your PayPal account within 7 business days.
Please be noted
If the item we sent has been returned, because it's past the storage period at the post office or the product can not be passed the customs in your country.
You need to pay another shipment fee for resend the order.
I am afraid but if you don't pay the resend shipping fee, we can not resend your order.
If you would like to cancel the order, we can refund the payment without the every shipping cost.
